1st Prize: Cup and Gold Medal

2nd Prize: Silver Medal

Test Pieces 2024

(a) Karganov: No. 3 Little Waltz, from Album for the Young, Op. 25

(b) Kuhlau: Sonatina in C, Op. 55 No. 3, 2nd movt. Allegretto grazioso (no repeats)

Both pieces to be played. 

A foot rest (without pedal extenders) will be made available for young piano competitors, should they wish to avail of it. However, if a competitor has been practising with a pedal extender, they may use it in competition, but must provide their own.
