Competition: Madrigal Singing. Unaccompanied. Maximum 20 voices.
1st Prize: The Culwick Cup & Certificate to conductor
2nd Prize: Certificate to conductor.
Test Pieces 2025(a) Two madrigals composed before 1650
(b) A work composed after 2000
Notes
(i) A proportion of marks will be given for the musical value of the songs selected.
(ii) Total programme not to exceed 12 minutes.
Please ensure that all own choice pieces are submitted at time of entry, as no change of repertoire will be allowed after competition entry deadline.
