Laoise McMullin at Centre Culturel Irlandais, Paris
Feis Ceoil is delighted to return to Centre Culturel Irlandais Paris to present a weekend of performances as part of their programme of events for culture weekend, ‘Journées européennes du patrimoine’.
This is the fourth year that CCI has partnered with Feis Ceoil to bring an outstanding winner to CCI to perform.
This year, pianist, harpsichordist, and composer Laoise McMullin will be representing the Feis in Paris. Laoise won the Mabel Swainson Pianoforte Award at Feis Ceoil 2025, as well as Awards at the Birr Festival of Music 2025, and the Lucien and Maura Teissier Bursary in 2023. As a composer, Laoise has had works commissioned by the National Gallery of Ireland and Matheson LLP. Laoise holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree from the Royal Irish Academy of Music in Dublin, where she studied piano under Professor Thérèse Fahy, harpsichord under Dr David Adams, and composition under Jonathan Nangle.
Laoise will perform throughout Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September 2025 in the beautiful surroundings of the Centre Culturel Irlandais.
