Competition: Cup presented by Feis Ceoil. Also €100 presented by the Contemporary Music Centre, Fishamble St. Open to any unaccompanied solo performer, duo or group of performers. up to a maximum of eight, of instrumentalists and/or vocalists. All performers will be considered to be competitors.Cup presented by Feis Ceoil. Minimum age for performers - 17 years.

Two contrasting works or movements by a living Irish composer or composers or written since 1950, taken from the library catalogue of the Contemporary Music Centre. Total playing time not to exceed 12 minutes. Scores and repertoire information available from the Centre.
Competitors will be required to perform one of their chosen works or movements in the initial round, the piece not to exceed 6 minutes in duration.
Recalled competitors will perform their second choice piece or the entire programme at the discretion of the adjudicator.
Photocopies, except authorised facsimiles of unpublished works supplied by the Contemporary Music Centre, are not acceptable.
Any alteration to the piano is forbidden.
